10 to 14 year olds
Do you know a tween who is anxious, stressed or struggling with mood swings?
Perhaps they are feeling the affects of school or peer pressure or time spent on social media.
You will be part of a small group and experience feeling accepted and safe. You will have the opportunity to switch off and will leave feeling calmer. You will learn tools you can use outside of the session as well as increasing flexibility, strength and ability to focus.

Teen Yoga for anxiety
A five week course designed for teens that explores anxiety and how our body reacts to it. Using mindfulness, yoga and other techniques it will support teens to develop skills to tackle anxiety in their day to day lives. This includes 5 one hour sessions and a range of techniques to practise at home.
